Light-Asset Local Assembly
An air compressor powers pneumatic tools; it is not the complete tool list. The entry assembly route uses factory-prepared components for the agreed system plus the basic tools shown on this page, including drilling, measuring, sealant application and a workbench. Confirm which cutting, drilling and routing operations the factory completes before planning a workshop.
Choose the assembly route from the required product mix and preparation scope. Start by comparing delivered prepared-kit costs with the cost of local cutting, tooling, labour and repeat orders. Add cutting or crimping equipment only when the selected system and order volume justify it; a full extrusion plant is a separate project.
Start with lower risk and lower investment. Profiles are prepared in China; locally, your team assembles, measures, installs and builds a real customer base.
Products, capacity, utilities and target market are reviewed first.
Profiles, tooling, materials and equipment are planned together.
Operation, assembly and QC are supported with practical SOP training.
Troubleshooting, consumables and selected spare parts continue after launch.
Our Model · Buy · Assemble · Sell
Select a proven 60/70 casement, 80/88 sliding or simple aluminum-door system for the market and budget.
Share sizes and approve the Cut List. Profiles are cut, drilled, routed, numbered and packed in China.
Use one small compressor and basic hand tools, supported by practical training in China or by video.
Order profiles with confirmed hardware, gaskets, corner keys, screws, glass spacers and accessories.
The Stage 1 reference uses only 20–40 m² and avoids local cutting or extrusion equipment.
Serve ordinary families, first-time builders, rental owners and small contractors with reliable systems at honest prices.
Our Mission
Good windows should be accessible to ordinary people. High-end systems remain available, but the first priority is reliable, affordable aluminum and uPVC windows for everyday homes, rentals, village houses and small projects.
Many markets need better windows, but not an extrusion plant from day one. The factory supplies stable profiles and accessories; the local partner focuses on assembly, measurement, installation, sales and customer service.
The factory can prepare profiles to the approved Cut List before shipment. The local workflow is frame assembly, corner joining, hardware fitting, glazing, sealing and quality control.
Partners can train in China or by video. Support can include system selection, measurement and Cut List checks, assembly steps, QC, common-issue correction, workshop safety, tool maintenance and post-training remote Q&A.

Representative local-media visuals illustrate the profile, assembly and training workflow. The confirmed kit follows the approved Cut List and order specification.

Equipment Path · Stage 1 → 2
Begin with pure assembly: the factory prepares full kits; the local team uses one small compressor and hand tools to build the first finished windows.
When recurring monthly orders justify it, cut imported profile lengths locally to shorten lead time and reduce shipping volume.
Increase processing efficiency with a crimping machine and routing equipment while profiles continue to be supplied from China.
The One-Pager uses steady output around 300 m² per month as an indicative upgrade trigger. Actual timing follows orders, staff, products and local conditions.
Starter Equipment · Stage 1
Drives compatible pneumatic tools, blowing and gluing. One-Pager reference price: about ¥1,500–3,000; final voltage and specification follow the destination.
Fixes corner keys and frames the unit; pneumatic versions pair with the compressor.
Used for routine drilling and fastening screws during assembly.
Applies sealing and structural adhesive where required by the selected system.
Checks dimensions, level, alignment and squareness throughout assembly.
Supports glass setting and careful frame alignment.
Provides a flat assembly platform; a sound wooden top is enough for the reference start.
Prepare a compact workspace, one or two assemblers, measurement and installation capacity, local sales channels and working capital.
Assembly-First Questions
No for Stage 1. Profiles are cut, drilled and routed in China to the approved Cut List and delivered as numbered, ready-to-assemble kits.
A small 220V air compressor is the One-Pager reference. It supports compatible pneumatic tools, blowing and gluing. Final voltage, power and tool compatibility are confirmed for the destination.
The local team frames units, joins corners, fits hardware, sets glass, seals, checks quality, measures openings and installs finished windows and doors.
Depending on the confirmed scope, the factory can supply prepared profiles with matched hardware, gaskets, corner keys, screws, glass spacers and other accessories.
It is designed for partners serving ordinary families, first-time builders, rental owners, village houses and small projects, with premium systems available as a later upgrade.
Only after recurring demand supports it. Steady output around 300 m² per month and +¥50K–100K of equipment are One-Pager references, not guarantees; the actual decision follows the product mix and market.
