Our forms collect your name, phone number, optional email address, area and product interests. A price request may also include your postcode, product preferences and project notes. If you choose to send photographs by email or WhatsApp, those become part of your enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about other people.

We use these details to answer your questions, prepare prices, arrange surveys and discuss work you have requested. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries. We do not use these forms to sign you up for marketing.

We process technical request information to prevent spam, duplicate submissions and misuse. Our enquiry database stores a salted hash of an IP address for rate limiting, rather than the raw address. Our hosting provider may separately process IP addresses and request logs for security and service delivery. This is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, reliable website.

Website enquiries are stored in Google Firebase/Firestore, with the production database located in London. Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to our business inbox. These notifications contain the details you submit so that our team can respond.

Email and WhatsApp are separate services: choosing those links sends information through your email provider or WhatsApp as well. Hosting, support, delivery and communications providers may process information outside the UK; you can contact us for information about the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and related follow-up. If work goes ahead, relevant information may also be needed for the contract, accounts, guarantees or a dispute. The appropriate period depends on those purposes and applicable obligations. You can ask us whether we still need your enquiry information and request its deletion. This website does not currently automatically erase enquiry records after a fixed period.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Our forms do not require an account or use browser storage to retain your entries. The website loads fonts from Google and some product images from suppliers; those providers receive the technical information needed to serve those files. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. External websites and communication services have their own privacy information.
