How to Request an Aluminum Profile or Door Quote
A useful enquiry identifies the product, the required specification and the destination. Buying profiles or finished doors is a separate discussion from setting up local assembly or an extrusion project.
1. Identify the product family and model
Tell AluProfile Tech whether you need aluminum profiles, finished aluminum decorative doors, uPVC doors, PVC doors, hardware or assembly components. PVC and uPVC are separate material descriptions; confirm the material for the selected model rather than assuming all door collections use the same construction.
For drawing references, see JP-JDD-011, JP-JDD-013 and JP-JDD-014. Door references include WK-UPL01, WK-UPL02 and JSM-3015. These pages identify supplied catalogue models; current availability and final specifications require written confirmation.
2. State dimensions with units
For profiles, provide a dimensioned section drawing, required lengths and quantity, and identify mating sections. State alloy, temper, tolerances and surface finish if your project specifies them. A single section drawing does not describe every component required for a complete door.
For finished doors, state whether dimensions refer to the opening, outside frame or door leaf. Include width × height, opening direction, frame requirements, glazing or panel, hardware and colour. Ask for a confirmed drawing before ordering when fit is critical.
3. Make quantity and delivery requirements clear
Use an explicit unit such as pieces, complete door sets, metres or kilograms. Include the destination country and port or delivery address, the required timing, and whether you need a sample first. Ask the quotation to distinguish production timing from transport timing and to specify freight, packing and other included costs.
4. Confirm the order scope in writing
Confirm the model, approved drawing, materials, finish, accessories, order quantity, packing, sample terms, minimum order quantity and lead-time starting conditions. Catalogue values are reference information rather than a guarantee of stock, test certification or batch measurements.
Can I request a quote without a WhatsApp number?
Yes. The website accepts an email address or a phone/WhatsApp number as the contact method. Provide at least one valid way to reach you. You can send drawings by email after submitting the form.
Do I need a factory package to buy doors or profiles?
No. Submit a product enquiry for the goods you need. If you also plan local assembly, describe your market, planned output, workshop and support needs in a separate assembly discussion.

How can I choose an economical profile?
Tell us your intended use and budget. Selected aluminium profiles are available from 0.48 mm nominal wall thickness; this is not the specification of every catalogue model. Confirm the selected section, tolerance and suitability in the quotation.
View supplied product and inspection photographs. Tape measures in the images show dimensional checking, not a wall-thickness measurement.
Make supplier quotations comparable
What cost lines should an aluminum profile quotation separate?
Ask for the product price and unit, model and finish, quantity per model and colour, sample charges, any die or tooling charge, cutting, accessories, packing and freight. State the destination and delivery term. For recurring supply, distinguish annual estimated demand from the quantity in each release and ask for price validity and any metal-price adjustment basis.
What should be approved before a repeat profile order?
Keep the approved drawing revision, alloy and temper where specified, critical mating dimensions and tolerances, finish sample and included accessories together under the model reference. If tooling is involved, agree ownership, storage and repeat-order charges in writing. Compare the first sample against that approval record before releasing the repeat quantity.
Compare the evidence with the ordered product
How should I match a test report to the aluminum product I am buying?
Identify the ordered model, material, dimensions, finish and intended use, then compare them with the tested specimen and the report’s test method, date, results and issuing laboratory. For a complete window or door, also check the frame, sash, glazing, seals and hardware configuration. A profile thickness or a factory photograph answers a different question from a test of a complete assembly.
Which evidence helps approve an economical door or profile order?
Keep the model drawing and revision, included components, approved finish or material reference and critical dimensions together. Use model-labelled inspection readings for thickness or fit, and use product and packing photographs to review the supplied configuration. State any project-specific testing or document requirements in the enquiry so they form part of the agreed order scope.
