Light-Asset Local Assembly Support
Profiles + drawings + training.
Start without an extrusion plant.
Begin with factory-prepared aluminum / uPVC profile kits, complete accessories, one small compressor and practical assembly training. Add local cutting only after recurring orders justify it.

Stage 1 · ~¥20K–40K Including First Profiles
Stage 1 · Pure Assembly
One small compressor.
No cutting at the start.
Profiles are cut, drilled and routed in China to your approved Cut List, then shipped as numbered kits with the confirmed hardware, gaskets, corner keys and screws.
- ◆Begin with factory-prepared kits. Profiles are cut, drilled and routed to the approved Cut List in China, then numbered for local assembly.
- ◆Use only the essentials. Start with a small compressor, corner tool, drill, sealant gun, measuring tools, rubber hammer, suction cup and simple workbench.
- ◆Prepare the local business. A small team handles assembly, measurement and installation while local sales channels and working capital support recurring orders.
Advanced Option · Not Required to Start
Optional Advanced Path · Full Extrusion
A complete plant remains available when justified.
Established manufacturers can still plan extrusion, cooling, pulling, cutting, tooling and commissioning—but new partners do not need this investment to begin local assembly.
- ◆Keep full extrusion optional. New partners can build customers through assembly before considering upstream profile production.
- ◆Configure for proven demand. Machine selections follow confirmed profiles, utilities, staff and production output.
- ◆Coordinate the complete plant. Extrusion, cooling, cutting, tooling and commissioning remain available for established manufacturers.
Specification Guidance · No In-House Mixing Claim
Material Specification Guidance
Prepare specifications for real operating conditions.
Review uPVC compound and aluminum specification requirements against heat, humidity, UV exposure, coastal conditions and the selected process. AluProfile Tech does not claim in-house compound mixing.
- ◆Match specifications to climate. Review temperature, humidity, UV and coastal conditions before confirming material requirements.
- ◆Protect repeatability. Documented specification targets support consistent day-to-day production.
- ◆Link specifications to process. Guidance is coordinated with equipment, tooling and finished profiles without claiming in-house compound mixing.
Sizes · System Selection · Cut List
Drawings & Cut List Support
Turn opening sizes into factory-prepared kits.
Confirm the system, measurements, Cut List, profiles, hardware and glazing before profiles are cut, drilled, routed, numbered and packed.
- ◆Start with the target opening. Share sizes and intended products so the profile system can be selected correctly.
- ◆Check the complete schedule. Coordinate profiles, hardware, glass, gaskets and corner keys before factory preparation.
- ◆Prepare accurately in China. Approved profiles are cut, drilled, routed, numbered and packed as kits for local assembly.
Stage 2 · Add After Steady Orders
Stage 2 · Cutting & Crimping Upgrade
Add machines only after demand grows.
Move to a double-head saw, efficient corner crimping and routing equipment step by step once recurring order volume supports local cutting.
- ◆Let demand trigger the upgrade. The One-Pager uses steady output around 300 m² per month as an indicative reference for adding local cutting.
- ◆Reduce lead time and shipping volume. Import raw profile lengths and cut locally once the team and order flow are ready.
- ◆Keep profile supply flexible. Continue sourcing profiles from China with local top-up while building fuller processing ability.
China-Based · Remote Video · On-Site When Needed
Practical Assembly Training
Learn the complete local assembly workflow.
Training covers system selection, measuring, Cut List checking, framing, corner joining, hardware, glazing, sealing, installation, QC and common-issue correction—in China or by video.
- ◆Learn the full assembly sequence. Cover framing, corner joining, hardware fitting, glazing, sealing and installation.
- ◆Check quality and solve common issues. Train for air leaks, warping, jamming, measurement errors and routine tool maintenance.
- ◆Continue after training. Use video manuals and remote Q&A to support the local team after launch.
50 Profile Drawing References
Aluminum Profile Systems
Review sections before tooling begins.
Use 50 reference drawing pages to compare representative geometries, dimensions, wall thicknesses, interfaces and profile weights.
- ◆Compare complete section families. Review frames, sashes, connectors, beads and decorative members together.
- ◆Use references to define the system. Final production drawings are approved for the selected products and market.
- ◆Connect design and process. Review geometry, weight, alloy, finish, tooling and fabrication as one scope.
JSM Decorative Door Collections
Aluminum Decorative Doors
Create a range for your market.
Select from modern, glazed, patterned, panel and double-door families, then confirm profiles, finishes, glass and hardware for production or supply.
- ◆Build a marketable catalog. Choose designs for local builders, distributors and project customers.
- ◆Customize the visual system. Discuss frame finish, glass, panel treatment and hardware by series.
- ◆Connect design to tooling. Align selected families with profiles, molds and assembly steps.
uPVC · PVC · Aluminum Frame
uPVC & PVC Door Systems
Practical designs.
Flexible configurations.
Compare waterproof, anti-rust and anti-insect door families in plain, glazed, louvered, folding and aluminum-frame configurations.
- ◆Cover practical applications. Plain, louvered, glazed, folding and framed designs support varied residential and project needs.
- ◆Build the right finish range. Compare pure white, woodgrain and multiple color options for the target market.
- ◆Confirm the construction. Finalize dimensions, reinforcement, hardware, glazing and panel structure before ordering.
Consumables · Accessories · Spare Parts
Consumables & Production Supply
Keep everyday production moving.
Plan replenishment for sealing gaskets, screws, handles, hinges, packaging, common accessories and selected wear or spare parts.
- ◆Plan repeat supply early. Separate locally sourced items from ongoing shipments.
- ◆Protect production continuity. Maintain stock for common wear parts and frequently used accessories.
- ◆Consolidate where useful. Combine compatible consumables with mold, tooling or equipment support orders.

Practical choices for everyday budgets
Selected aluminium profiles are available with nominal wall thickness as low as 0.48 mm. Choose a suitable specification for your door design, intended use and budget; confirm the model, wall-thickness tolerance, matched hardware and current supply terms in the quotation.
Profiles, decorative doors, uPVC/PVC door collections, hardware and local assembly support remain available for discussion. Start with the products and quantities you actually need.
Real product and inspection photographs

These supplied inspection photographs show door assemblies, a size-check setup and hardware. Tape measures show dimensional checking; these photographs do not establish 0.48 mm wall thickness, certified performance or the exact model of a photographed door. Material, configuration and batch measurements are confirmed separately.
Choosing an economical specification
Is every profile 0.48 mm thick?
No. This is a minimum nominal option for selected profiles, not a specification for every model or finished door. Send your drawing or model reference to confirm the available thickness and tolerance.
How do I keep the quotation within my budget?
Share the intended use, drawing or dimensions, quantity, finish, destination and budget range. We can discuss economical available options without assuming that the thinnest profile suits every application.
Can I order profiles with matching hardware?
Yes, matching options can be discussed. Compatibility, included parts and assembly-support scope must be confirmed for your selected system.
What are the minimum quantity, sample cost and lead time?
These depend on the selected model, finish, quantity and destination and are confirmed in the quotation. No fixed price, stock promise or delivery time is implied by these photographs.
