Advanced Path · Full Extrusion Line
Coordinate the workshop, extrusion line, specification guidance (no in-house mixing), profile tooling, fabrication equipment, commissioning, operator training and ongoing supplies around one production plan.
Products, capacity, utilities and target market are reviewed first.
Profiles, tooling, materials and equipment are planned together.
Operation, assembly and QC are supported with practical SOP training.
Troubleshooting, consumables and selected spare parts continue after launch.
What This Solution Covers
Use the 200–500 m² reference plan, three-phase power and a suitable air compressor as the basis for site review.
Plan extrusion, cooling, pulling, cutting, fabrication and assembly as one practical sequence.
Review uPVC compound and aluminum specifications for the destination climate and production process.
Start from reference sections and develop molds or dies for the required product families.
Use remote or on-site guidance for equipment operation, assembly and routine quality control.
Plan repeat supply for gaskets, hardware, packaging, common accessories and selected spare parts.
Solution Overview
The factory solution is designed for building-material dealers, door and window installers, investors, entrepreneurs and contractors preparing to manufacture locally.
A reference starter workshop uses 200–500 m², three-phase power, rack storage, extrusion and cutting zones, two or three assembly benches and a 7.5–11 kW screw air compressor. The final site requirement depends on the selected line and workflow.
The example 90-day roadmap uses the first month for layout, equipment and material confirmation; the second for installation, utilities and trial runs; and the third for operator training, first-batch production, quality checks and market samples.
AluProfile Tech can coordinate a full package or support selected modules in an existing operation. Final timing and scope depend on target products, output, site readiness, shipping, local sourcing and approvals.

How Projects Move Forward
Share your market, target products, output, workshop conditions, utilities and launch goals.
Confirm the equipment, materials, profiles, molds, fabrication tools, training and supply plan.
Connect utilities, commission the equipment and complete controlled trial production.
Standardize operation and quality control, launch market samples and add capacity as demand grows.
Ongoing Technical Support
Equipment, tooling, materials, training and supply responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
Operators receive clear steps for machine use, fabrication, inspection and routine quality control.
Technical guidance remains available when process, product or maintenance questions arise.
Common consumables, accessories and selected spare parts can be replenished as production develops.
Project Questions
The reference starter layout uses 200–500 m² with three-phase power. Final space depends on equipment, storage, material flow, fabrication and planned expansion.
The reference plan lists a 7.5–11 kW screw compressor for pneumatic saws and crimping tools. The final size is confirmed from the selected equipment load.
The scope may include extrusion equipment, material guidance, profile molds, cutting and fabrication systems, SOP training and ongoing consumables.
Yes. A focused one-line setup can establish the first product range and leave room for additional molds, fabrication capacity or extrusion output later.
No. Ninety days is an example planning roadmap. Actual timing depends on scope, site readiness, shipping, utilities, installation and local approvals.
The program is positioned for Vietnam, Indonesia, Nigeria and other growing markets seeking local door and window production.
